Another Expert Agrees With Dark Comet Theory

February 21, 2013 – 11:31 am | No Comment

Astronomer David Asher (from Armagh University) has agreed with Bill Napier and Janaki Wickramasinghe (Cardiff University) that “dark comets” are real and dangerous.
The following quotes are from a paper by Napier and Asher published in Astronomy & Geophysics.

We know that about one bright comet (of absolute magnitude as bright as 7, comparable to Halley’s Comet) arrives in the visibility zone (perihelion q<5AU, say) each year from the Oort cloud. It seems to be securely established that ~1–2% of these are captured into Halleytype (HT) orbits. The dynamical lifetime of a body in such an orbit can be estimated, from which the expected number of HT comets is perhaps ~3000. The actual number of active HT comets is ~25. This discrepancy of at least two powers of 10 in the expected impact rate from comets as deduced from this theoretical argument on the one hand, and observations on the other, is …

Patrick Geryl Stayed at Home

Submitted by on January 3, 2013 – 10:37 pm2 Comments

Patrick Geryl became quite famous in his home country (Belgium), had a best selling book in Poland and frequently appeared in the media worldwide telling people that, according to his calculations, doomsday would certainly occur on Dec 21, 2012. I placed a pair of his articles on this website before he had his own web presence, and it seems likely that this was how movie director Roland Emmerich learned of Patrick’s work.

I never understood the math of Patrick’s work, or the science. But as with the forum, I figured that everyone had a right to be heard, just in case someone cracked the mystery of 2012. His enthusiasm was such that he would have inspired thousands of people to be wary of 2012, and many would now be preppers. That is a fine achievement.

Unfortunately Patrick’s grand plans for survival communities in South Africa (Drakensberg Mountains, where the arks of the 2012 movie were headed) and Spain never materialized – there just weren’t enough people willing to spend $$ and move to another country. For Patrick personally, the onset of diabetes meant that he preferred to stay in Belgium to watch the (non) events of last December unfold.

A Spanish newspaper recently asked Patrick about his predictions being wrong – the following quotes are translated from the Spanish by Google:

“I regret having announced the end of the world”

  • Patrick Geryl traveled the world preaching the Apocalypse. “Seventeen years later, I am ashamed”
  • “No one believed me and I ended up not believe it. I’ve been checking that the sun’s activity today is zero and therefore, I feel ashamed to announce that the world would end on Friday. Today is not going to happen and I admit that I was wrong. “
  • ” In addition to Africa, one of the places we had selected was Geryl Spain. Here I wanted to mount another group, prepared for the apocalypse, but did not get the necessary support, “No one was interested in my plan,” he says.
  • Now, the media figure, 57, barely leaves the house. He’s sick. He suffers from diabetes two years ago and can not get away from your insulin. “I could not prepare myself as a survivalist, so I’m glad to know that the world does not end and I still have a few months to live.”
  • “What do you think people should do on Friday 21?” Asked days before they were due. «Things normal and not to worry. I’ve done it for 17 years and I have not done any good, I just ruined my life. “

Thanks for the frank interview with Patrick Geryl. I am grateful that he has alerted us to what has already been predicted by so many seers and psychics, including the Bible, Nostradamus, and others inbetween. It all about when. The Mayan calendar has always been difficult to translate into our Gregorian calendar. Patrick has now said Mar. 28 is when it actually ends but I’m not depending on that. I would like to share two bits that tell me that the apocalypse is happening soon:

    1) a quatrain by Nostradamus that links changes to earth’s orbit to changes in Catholic Cardinals in Rome:
Le ciel (de Plencus la cité) nous presage,
Par clers insignes & par estoilles fixes,
Que de son change subit s’approche l’aage,
Ne pour son bien, ne pour ses malefices.

    loosely translated:

The sky (of Plencus the city = Rome) shows us the future,
By clerics with insignias (each cardinal has his own insignia) and by fixed position of stars,
Through its sudden change the age approaches,
Not for good, not for bad.

    2) A piece out of a transmission from a Pleidian about the times in which we are living that talks about the pole shift happening “in 2013”, not “by 2013”
“…You are not only at the end of a 26,000 Earth/Sun/Pleiadian cycle; the entire Pleidian system (she says elsewhere that our sun is becoming the 8th Pleiadian star), which includes this solar ring, is at the end of a 230,000,000-year orbit around the Galactic Center, and the entire galaxy is at the completion of its infinitely longer orbit around the Great Central Sun…When the next ring on the great cosmic spiral of the galaxy and Earth’s next 26,000-year cycle begin simultaneously in the year 2013, the following will have already taken place: 1) Pole shifts will have repositioned Earth in relationship to the Sun, 2) The Sun wll have simultaneously been repositioned with a similar pole shift relative to the Pleiades…..Floods, earthquakes, changes in land masses, volcanic eruptions, and finally a complete pole shift will all take place within the remaining years prior to the year 2013…..” Pg 37 of “The Pleiadian Workbook” by Amorah Yin

I liked your comment Pam. It makes more sense than what that crazy Patrick Geryl talked about. I don´t think there´s gonna be a polar shift thou. I believe that there´s going to be volcanos eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc…but the world is going to continue and the people will live happy forever.
