Another Expert Agrees With Dark Comet Theory

February 21, 2013 – 11:31 am | No Comment

Astronomer David Asher (from Armagh University) has agreed with Bill Napier and Janaki Wickramasinghe (Cardiff University) that “dark comets” are real and dangerous.
The following quotes are from a paper by Napier and Asher published in Astronomy & Geophysics.

We know that about one bright comet (of absolute magnitude as bright as 7, comparable to Halley’s Comet) arrives in the visibility zone (perihelion q<5AU, say) each year from the Oort cloud. It seems to be securely established that ~1–2% of these are captured into Halleytype (HT) orbits. The dynamical lifetime of a body in such an orbit can be estimated, from which the expected number of HT comets is perhaps ~3000. The actual number of active HT comets is ~25. This discrepancy of at least two powers of 10 in the expected impact rate from comets as deduced from this theoretical argument on the one hand, and observations on the other, is …

Expert Opinions #7 B

Although I was well pleased that Whitley Strieber responded to my 2012 question – it felt like a cop-out:
The War for Souls was a work of fiction. While I do think that there is a great deal of change unfolding presently, I don’t see how, in real life, it would relate to the Mayan Calendar. I have no idea what I’ll be doing on December 21. Shopping for Christmas, possibly.
Fortunately we now have the full answer from someone who claims extra-terrestrial contact:
There are now a number of plausible end-of-the-world scenarios, enough to justify thinking seriously, and in a new way, what such an event might mean to us. It’s easy to say, oh, well, that’s it, then, we’ll just be gone.
That might not be the whole story.
Before I discuss why I think that, I’d like to run through a few of these scenarios. I’ll begin by saying that December 21, …

DNA as a Storage Medium

DNA as a Storage Medium

I’m always on the lookout for new forms of data storage, because it is important that knowledge is retained beyond any global disaster. Not only is this a marvelous new method, but it also suggests either in the past (alien intervention anyone?) or the future knowledge might be stored in living creatures or plants.
When it comes to storing information, hard drives don’t hold a candle to DNA. Our genetic code packs billions of gigabytes into a single gram. A mere milligram of the molecule could encode the complete text of every book in the Library of Congress and have plenty of room to spare.
…an inkjet printer embeds short fragments of chemically synthesized DNA onto the surface of a tiny glass chip. To encode a digital file, researchers divide it into tiny blocks of data and convert these data not into the 1s and 0s of typical digital storage media, but rather into …

First Man-Made Species

First Man-Made Species

This would be of special interest to those who believe that humans are a hybrid species created by aliens (not me…).
Moreno genetically modified the fruit flyDrosophila melanogaster so that this new species Drosophila synthetica cannot reproduce with the naturally occurring species of fruit fly. Drosophila synthetica also has smaller, lighter eyes and the wing veins have a different structure than the natural species.
Hybrid animals can be created through natural breeding, but this is the first time an entirely new species has been created by man – with the definition of species meaning it can only reproduce with its own. And it is potentially good news, because whichever traits are bio-engineered will (hopefully) be impossible to transfer to the originating species.
Where could this lead?
Presumably we will see new species of livestock – I reckon chickens will be first. But in the long term you’s expect that someone, somewhere, will try to improve humans. I don’t like the …

Gigantic Biblical Cube from Space

Gigantic Biblical Cube from Space

This would be one of the more out there predictions for 2012, but the reasoning behind isn’t that bad. I used Biblical measurements to (perhaps) locate an underground Noah’s Ark in Iran. Bob Cooper believes the Bible was written by aliens, and the arrival of an alien ship will be the 98th in a series of events it predicted.
The Book of Revelation […]  stipulates the following:
[16] And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
[2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
First we see that it is similar to a giant mothership and that it will descend from space (Rev. 21:2) The dimensions of this …

Another Alien Skull?

Another Alien Skull?

Probably a child with a deformity, potentially an alien and possibly an example of a different human species…

More pics at
At RPP (in Spanish) experts are claiming that it is an alien:
Riquelme Davila explained that the body is 50 centimeters tall, triangular head, eye cavity too large, open fontanelle, which is only characteristic of children up to 1 year and has molars, which show that there is a tremendous gap that is not common in humans.
“It looks not human because the head is triangular and tremendous, indeed, the head is about the size of body and thought I was a kid but Spanish and Russian doctors have come and we have confirmed that this is indeed an extraterrestrial” , said through RPP Noticias.
The discoverer is based in Cusco, but the news items don’t say where the body was found…

Rennes-Le-Chateau, Bugarach and 2012

Rennes-Le-Chateau, Bugarach and 2012

I’ve been reporting over at 2012 News about Bugarach (France), where many 2012ers and UFO fans are allegedly gathering. So many in fact that the mayor of the small village has complained, and a government agency is warning about 2012 sects building bunkers in the area. It smells like a publicity stunt to me…
Apart from the publicity, I’ve not been able to verify that Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment is setting up camp in Bugarach. They do have connections with 2012:

The movie made by Ramtha disciples, What the Bleep Do We Know?!, features Miceal Ledwith, and he has a 2012 product out, 2013: Alignment With Chaos
JZ Knight, who is the channel for Ramtha, mentions 2012 frequently, but seemingly with no specifics, because she is warning of times to come

Ramtha recently shared this information via Knight:
“Where you are sitting right now [London] in one night will be covered in ice. When will …

Strange Goings-On > UFOs?

Strange Goings-On > UFOs?

Just like nuclear power plants, it seems that nuclear missile bases are a step or two of redundancy short:
When Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming lost control of 50 nuclear, inter-continental missiles last October, officials said a communication failure between the control centre and the weapons was to blame.
The Daily Mail then tells us that UFO sightings coincided with the incident, and the witnesses were maintenance technicians at the base. I’m guessing the UFO was operated by the US military and being experimental in nature it caused the equipment failure.
…It is not the first time Hastings has reported UFO sightings at nuclear missile sites. He organised a press conference last September, when six former Air Force officers stepped forward to reveal they had seen or had been involved with sightings at missile sites.

The second item is a really odd story, and I’m not sure what to make …

Lessons Learned from Falling Skies

Lessons Learned from Falling Skies

I really enjoyed the first two episodes of the TV series Falling Skies. The media keep providing us with a variety of SHTF scenarios, to the point that most people will have seen at least one TV show or movie that let’s them know how bad things can get. Here are a few examples:
Reality TV: The Colony
Documentaries: Doomsday Preppers
Movies: The Road, The Book of Eli
TV Dramas: Jericho, Survivors

So, some quick lessons learned from Falling Skies:

If you have military folk in your group, they will take charge
Get some walkie talkies (for some reason the show’s writers didn’t give them any…)
Have a doctor in your group
Have a safe spot away from the city – in the alien invasion scenario, people in remote areas would probably be left alone
Know where large stores of supplies are, for example distribution centers

The last point is worthy of expanding upon. Obviously supermarkets will be stripped bare when …

Nat Geo: Were Humans Domesticated?

Nat Geo: Were Humans Domesticated?

While it certainly wasn’t the focus or intention of the article, this is how part of it reads:
If Andersson’s theory is correct, it may turn out to have intriguing implications for our own species. Harvard biologist Richard Wrangham has theorized that we, too, went through a domestication process that altered our biology. “The question of what is the difference between the domestic pig and a wild boar, or the distinction between a broiler chicken and a wild jungle fowl,” Andersson told me, “is very similar to the question of what is the difference between a human and a chimpanzee.”
That is some suggestion. Obviously it is coming from the direction of “did we somehow evolve via processes of domestication”, yet anyone who has read Sitchin would read it as “aliens have messed with us”.
I don’t quite know what to make of this next part, but it is very interesting, and it brought up …

Disinformation Overload

Disinformation Overload

It is becoming increasingly probable to me that disinformation in the areas of 2012 / crop cricles / UFOs is real, and a deliberate governmental ploy. I offer as evidence the purported 400 whistleblowers who have described evidence of aliens or UFOs visiting Earth, yet none of them have provided any tangible evidence. The ratio is wrong. The whistleblower type gathers and stores evidence. They have the whistleblower mindset at a time when gathering evidence is achievable. What are the odds of 400 credentialed folk coming forward, and not a single one having evidence. If this guy, former head of the Canadian military Paul Hellyer, had the teeniest smidgeon of proof, aliens/UFOs would be acknowledged as fact.
Without evidence, this well-worded testimony suggests that he has been paid/bribed/coerced to read it aloud at a public gathering:
