Another Expert Agrees With Dark Comet Theory

Astronomer David Asher (from Armagh University) has agreed with Bill Napier and Janaki Wickramasinghe (Cardiff University) that “dark comets” are real and dangerous.
The following quotes are from a paper by Napier and Asher published in Astronomy & Geophysics.

We know that about one bright comet (of absolute magnitude as bright as 7, comparable to Halley’s Comet) arrives in the visibility zone (perihelion q<5AU, say) each year from the Oort cloud. It seems to be securely established that ~1–2% of these are captured into Halleytype (HT) orbits. The dynamical lifetime of a body in such an orbit can be estimated, from which the expected number of HT comets is perhaps ~3000. The actual number of active HT comets is ~25. This discrepancy of at least two powers of 10 in the expected impact rate from comets as deduced from this theoretical argument on the one hand, and observations on the other, is …

HAARP and Hurricane Sandy

Submitted by on October 28, 2012 – 11:57 am3 Comments

So here’s the conspiracy news, helped along by Alan Jones:

An independent website that has a real-time sensor network from over 28 sensors placed in rural areas across the United States has recorded the strongest HAARP readings in the projects history.

The readings, in and around the New England area, are literally off the charts and lend credence to other claims that Hurricane Sandy is possibly being engineered to cause massive destruction.

To their credit, The Intel Hub do go on to say:

Regardless of where the hurricane actually hits, these readings seem to indicate that some sort of engineering of the storm has taken place whether or not it was to push the storm into the country or away from it remains up to the reader to decide.

Excuse me while I wear my skeptic’s hat for a moment…

These days it’s almost impossible for a storm, earthquake or air disaster to escape accusations of being triggered by HAARP. The conspiracy theorists seem to forget that these tragedies have always happened, and always will, regardless of the existence of HAARP.

If HAARP is involved, obviously a project operated by the U.S. government is most likely to be attempting to push the hurricane away from the USA. Even if the NWO were keen on depopulation, they are hardly likely to want to destroy infrastructure and affect the profits of insurance companies.

The source of the data is haarpstatus.com, and it describes itself like this:

HaarpStatus.com is a real-time sensor network from over 28 sensors placed in rural areas across the United States. The sensors can detect the HAARP frequency on the ionosphere. Monitors plasma and ions in the atmosphere trying to predict extreme weather anomalies, and solar radiation effects.

This project has developed a way to measure the magnitude of change in the ionosphere due to HAARP. The scale is from 1 to 10. Zero to One magnitudes are pretty normal while anything over five would be considered moderate and possibly significant, which can alter a weather pattern.

Apart from a brief description, the site is pretty much just a real-time map of the USA:

The 28 sensors are presumably the blue dots. And the dots are major cities – the opposite of rural.

Here are my reasons for doubting the authenticity of this service

  • Nobody named as running it (understandable, but still a negative)
  • No details of the sensors (a proud creator would show a photo of one of their monitors)
  • No scientific details – especially missing is how they can tell what is caused by HAARP and what isn’t
  • No mention of historical data records

My guess is that the data is real data of some sort, and is probably related to the weather or the ionosphere in some way – but from a 3rd party (like here) – and that it would be impossible to tell if HAARP was generating anything or not.

For comparison, here is a real ionospheric sensor network.

Id like to be an eternal optimist but you have to admit that the “frequency and number of weather issues surrounding the worlds present geopolitical state is rather unusual..whether it is a natural phenomana or a created one, you have to admit it is rather alarming..
Id like to think that science will save us from disaster, but history has not really proven that to be so..

  • Robert Bast says:

It’s quite normal for people to think that natural disasters are happening more than ever, while the reality is that we forget those of the past too readily. Any currently perceived increases are easily within the bounds of normal distribution. That goes for everything – volcanoes, earthquakes, tsunamis… although there does seem to be a minor increase in storms and tornadoes due to global warming – only time will tell.

  • One of my favorite authors has had a stance that there is no such
thing as global warming. I am always open minded to such things, but
I would like to hear what other Bast fans have to say?
