Another Expert Agrees With Dark Comet Theory

Astronomer David Asher (from Armagh University) has agreed with Bill Napier and Janaki Wickramasinghe (Cardiff University) that “dark comets” are real and dangerous.
The following quotes are from a paper by Napier and Asher published in Astronomy & Geophysics.

We know that about one bright comet (of absolute magnitude as bright as 7, comparable to Halley’s Comet) arrives in the visibility zone (perihelion q<5AU, say) each year from the Oort cloud. It seems to be securely established that ~1–2% of these are captured into Halleytype (HT) orbits. The dynamical lifetime of a body in such an orbit can be estimated, from which the expected number of HT comets is perhaps ~3000. The actual number of active HT comets is ~25. This discrepancy of at least two powers of 10 in the expected impact rate from comets as deduced from this theoretical argument on the one hand, and observations on the other, is …

Could Eta Carinae Harm Us?

Submitted by on August 2, 2012 – 10:04 pm4 Comments

I’ve just been reading Parallel Worlds by Michio Kaku. He is very skilled at making complex topics easy to follow. And that helps me to generate ideas rather than just trying to keep up. This is from page 126:

Gamma Ray Bursters… releasing within seconds the entire energy output of our Sun over its entire life history (about 10 billion years).

That amount of energy is hard to imagine. The current thinking is that a GRB is the result of a hypernova – a super supernova. And all the energy would be released in two narrow directions which are known as a jets. The closest potential hypernova that we know of is Eta Carinae.

This from Wikipedia:

It is possible that the Eta Carinae hypernova or supernova, when it occurs, could affect Earth, about 7,500 light years away. It is unlikely, however, to affect terrestrial lifeforms directly, as they will be protected from gamma rays by the atmosphere, and from some other cosmic rays by the magnetosphere. The damage would likely be restricted to the upper atmosphere, the ozone layer, spacecraft, including satellites, and any astronauts in space, although a certain few claim that radiation damage to the upper atmosphere would have catastrophic effects as well. At least one scientist has claimed that when the star explodes, “it would be so bright that you would see it during the day, and you could even read a book by its light at night”. A supernova or hypernova produced by Eta Carinae would probably eject a gamma ray burst (GRB) out on both polar areas of its rotational axis. Calculations show that the deposited energy of such a GRB striking the Earth’s atmosphere would be equivalent to one kiloton of TNT per square kilometer over the entire hemisphere facing the star with ionizing radiation depositing ten times the lethal whole body dose to the surface. This catastrophic burst would probably not hit Earth, though, because the rotation axis does not currently point towards our solar system. If Eta Carinae is a binary system, this may affect the future intensity and orientation of the supernova explosion that it produces, depending on the circumstances.

So, it is possible that the jets could point towards us, and 10 billion years worth of sun energy would head our way. And it is possible that it could happen this year. And it could harm us. Unless you are underground.

Fools, foolish human beings.. Creator God only wants the best for us all… but our stupid system is nothing compared to the Universe and it life affirming abundance for us. There really is enough for all of us.

    Kathy:

God only wants the best for us all? I dont believe in a god that allows the Illuminati, and other satanic cults to control us for hundreds of years, I dont believe in a god that allows greedy banks and governments control our lives, and lets huge corporations poison our food.

If there is an Almighty, he doesn’t give a crap about us.

  • Rebecca says:

To Silent Earth! It’s called Free Will! Human nature loves free will…and is filled with both poles of positive and negative energy, exhibiting more of the negative in this world. So don’t blame God..He’s closer than your hands and feet…but you must invite Him in,..and surrender. Then you will see YOUR world change…but the outer world is still…free will rules.

  • The energy is necessary for transformation. Keep grounding what you can however you do, keep clearing what blocks you and the ride will be easier for all of us 🙂

On the whole God does or does not care about us debate. My highest knowledge to give you so far is God is neutral on the matter (matter, material), infinity is everything, everything it is and everything it isn’t.

Here on Earth you get to see what is real, and what is not. What is you, god, and creation, and what is not.

Though nothing is perfect and our experience thanks to some meddling lifeforms or unexpected shifts (probably both) was far from perfect, but nevertheless we have seen what we like, and are, and what we don’t like and are not. We have grown stronger for it.
