Another Expert Agrees With Dark Comet Theory

February 21, 2013 – 11:31 am | No Comment

Astronomer David Asher (from Armagh University) has agreed with Bill Napier and Janaki Wickramasinghe (Cardiff University) that “dark comets” are real and dangerous.
The following quotes are from a paper by Napier and Asher published in Astronomy & Geophysics.

We know that about one bright comet (of absolute magnitude as bright as 7, comparable to Halley’s Comet) arrives in the visibility zone (perihelion q<5AU, say) each year from the Oort cloud. It seems to be securely established that ~1–2% of these are captured into Halleytype (HT) orbits. The dynamical lifetime of a body in such an orbit can be estimated, from which the expected number of HT comets is perhaps ~3000. The actual number of active HT comets is ~25. This discrepancy of at least two powers of 10 in the expected impact rate from comets as deduced from this theoretical argument on the one hand, and observations on the other, is …

Another Day, Another Cable TV SHTF Preppers Show

Submitted by on August 17, 2011 – 2:45 pmOne Comment

A few weeks ago I mentioned Doomsday Preppers, which aired on Nat Geo, and now we have Livin’ for the Apocalypse on TLC. It features Dennis McClung – once more waving the flag for 2012ers – plus 3 others. Based on the numerous media inquiries I’ve received, expect a few more of this type of program to air soon.

The other participants are described at the Daily Mail, with pics:

  • Peggy & Scot Layton, Utah  – Peggy is the author of  Emergency Food Storage and Survival Handbook
  • Survival Doc, Missouri – has his own YouTube channel and survivalism website
  • Jackie and Gidget from the Southwest Desert

There have been few takers for these shows, as preppers tend to prefer privacy and anonymity – and I agree with that. So most participants have been those who will benefit from the publicity.

Livin’ for the Apocalypse premiers Sun Aug 28 in the USA on TLC.

Is it safe to announce I know what events will happen in 2012 as well as events beyond to which nobody is covering and why? Anyway here goes as I will tell you a little concerning the situation. I’m going to try to write a book of facts and Memoirs through Xlibris Publishing. This book will contain very, very, very, (and I can’t say Very enough, (maybe I should say eminent instead) important information concerning future events as to relevancy of the absolutely correct topics to consider and why. No guess work here! Anyway as soon as I have acquired enough monies to do this I will and as I presently live on a fixed income, it becomes the reason why it’s taking me so long. Lets just say I’m tired of hearing all these interpretations concerning these phenomenons to come especially since most peoples results are based only partially on facts.
