Congressman Says Flee Cities / Mystery Sculpture

In new documentary, Urban Danger, Republican Congressman Roscoe Bartlett says:
“I would like everybody to have a year’s supply a food. I’d like everybody to have some plans so that they can make do if any one of these emergencies occurred. It’s going to be easier to do that and you avoid the problems of civil unrest if you are out of the cities and in the country.”

The style is unknown. The inscription is in a language that cannot be identified. Is it a fake or a relic from a mysterious culture? Read about it at the Vancouver Sun. The elongated skulls suggest to me that this represents the mysterious elders, who dictated the actions of cultures globally. Tutankhamen was one of them:

Maybe this sculpture is of the Annunaki that Zecharia Sitchin has often referred to in his writings.
This is really a mysterious sculpture since the sculptures are really looks mysterious and there is no clue of language written on these sculptures
