Another Expert Agrees With Dark Comet Theory

Astronomer David Asher (from Armagh University) has agreed with Bill Napier and Janaki Wickramasinghe (Cardiff University) that “dark comets” are real and dangerous.
The following quotes are from a paper by Napier and Asher published in Astronomy & Geophysics.

We know that about one bright comet (of absolute magnitude as bright as 7, comparable to Halley’s Comet) arrives in the visibility zone (perihelion q<5AU, say) each year from the Oort cloud. It seems to be securely established that ~1–2% of these are captured into Halleytype (HT) orbits. The dynamical lifetime of a body in such an orbit can be estimated, from which the expected number of HT comets is perhaps ~3000. The actual number of active HT comets is ~25. This discrepancy of at least two powers of 10 in the expected impact rate from comets as deduced from this theoretical argument on the one hand, and observations on the other, is …

2012 and the Zohar

Submitted by on May 25, 2012 – 7:24 am3 Comments

Here’s another rare religious prophecy I found in the new book Petrus Romanus. It fits in well with the Papal Prophecy and also Nostradamus (see my last two posts).

The Zohar is a piece of Jewish mystical literature that is approximately 2000 years old. One section covers the return of the Messiah and Rome:

In the 73rd year, all the kings of the world shall assemble in the great city of Rome. And the Holy One, blessed be He. will shower fire and hail and meteoric stones upon them, until they are wiped out from the world. And only those kings who did not go to Rome w ill remain in the world. And they shall return and wage other wars. During this time, the King Messiah will declare himself throughout the whole world. and many nations will gather around him together with many armies from all comers of the world. [source]

Now according to the Jewish calendar the year 5773 begins on September 17 2012.

** Please note, I have not been able to confirm whether this excerpt is real or not. It is claimed to come from a 23-volume set.

As an email subscriber to your site, I find most of your posts intriguing. Some are quite thought-provoking, such as this one.

The source goes much deeper than your post lets on.

Sounds more like the antichrist. When Christ returns it is suppose to be 1000 years of peace not hell on earth.

Given that the Zohar contains a lot od similar information, I figure that trying to make sense of all the prophecy and aligning them with modern events would be as difficult as doing the same with the Bible. Either way, it’s a rabbit hole that one could easily get lost in… which is why I try to limit my mentions of such things to occasional precisely relevant to 2012 items.
