While not necessarily for 2012, it would be marvelous to learn more. Seemingly we only have his word that the compound with helipads belongs to the Walton family.<\/p>\n<p>But when the information comes from the builders, I really listen. There is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forconstructionpros.com\/publication\/article.jsp?pubId=7&amp;id=18941&amp;pageNum=1\">an article<\/a> in the trade publication called Concrete Contractors that has lots of details on the construction of a 13,000-square foot bunker costing $3.5 million, specifically for 2012 survivalism.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In a secluded mountainous location within the Carolinas &#8230;designed to help its occupants escape the major effects from nuclear blasts and radioactive fallout as well as provide protection from natural disasters. The bomb shelter will be used by its anonymous owners for emergencies only, while hidden near the couple&#8217;s primary residence for quick evacuation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Being close to their primary evidence is smart move! If you have to choose between the safest place, and a place you can get to quickly, choose the latter.
