Now scientists have discovered that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailygalaxy.com\/my_weblog\/2010\/09\/mystery-of-indias-red-rain-of-2001-points-to-extraterrestrial-origin.html\">the cells multiply when at 121 degrees C.<\/a> This adds to the likelihood that the cells are extraterrestial in origin, and life exists elsewhere, and perhaps life did not originate on Earth.<\/p>\n<p>Settlements dating back 49,000 years have been found in Papua New Guinea, <em>at a height of 2000 metres<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/hostednews\/afp\/article\/ALeqM5gp2x31v1pAh1P4N1lIGlDIBgFDfQ?docId=CNG.27a028ad8f0542cd7177615afc42a4d3.461\">puzzling scientists<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Fairbairn said he had been shocked to discover the age of the finds,  using radio carbon dating, because this suggested humans had been living  in the cold, wet and inhospitable highlands at the height of the last  Ice Age.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We didn&#8217;t expect to find anything of that early age,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The  findings, published in the journal Science, suggest that the  prehistoric highlanders of Papua New Guinea&#8217;s Ivane Valley in the Owen  Stanley Range Mountain made stone tools, hunted small animals and ate  yams and nuts.<\/p>\n<p>But why they chose to dwell in the harsh conditions  of the highlands, where temperatures would have dipped below freezing,  rather than remain in the warmer coastal areas, remains a mystery.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Perhaps the mystery has something to do with a crustal pole shift, although having a different climate back then could have been possible without one as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wired magazine has answered this question:\u00a0 The year 2012 is approaching.
