Remarkably, not far from Mexico City, just two minutes after the drill commenced there was a 7.4 earthquake. Either this was a massive coincidence, or the drill was planned to occur at the same time as an orchestrated event, just like the 9/11 war games. Some have suggested HAARP, but that is suspected for every major earthquake and plane crash… Adding to conspiracy theories, Barack Obama’s daughter was having Spring Break at the epicenter. She was unharmed. And of course it fitted in well with the 188-day earthquake, cycle, which is either connected to Elenin, planetary alignments or perhaps human intervention.

The quake struck near the tourist resort of Acapulco, some 25 kms (15 miles) northeast of the town of Ometepec in Guerrero state at a depth of 18 kms (10.9 miles) the U.S. Geological Survey said.

It was one of the strongest quakes to shake Mexico City since 1985, when a 8.1 quake left between 6,000 and 30,000 dead, according to officials.

The HAARP facility of the US government has long been suspected of being used for nefarious activities, and many plane crashes and earthquakes have had conspiracy theorists naming it as a likely culprit. The recent Japanese tsunami reignited discussions and then suddenly the official HAARP website (haarp.alaska.edu) went offline. Of course as soon as I hear about it, it is back online.

Meanwhile, the ubiquitous Zahi Hawass is in the news again, and it looks like he might need to bribe someone:

Zahi Hawass, Egypt’s minister of state for antiquities, said he will appeal a one-year jail sentence imposed on him yesterday.

The sentence is related to a lawsuit accusing him of refusing to carry out a court ruling, the state-run Middle East News Agency said today. The court had ordered a halt to bidding from companies to run a bookstore in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo…

There’s a lot of talk about these (perhaps) mysterious deaths, both online in conspiracy forums, and in mainstream media. A good summary of all the events is at News.com.au. At this stage, I think the only way we’ll be able to solve this (if it needs solving) is for it to happen again, in great numbers around the world. Here are what I think are leading contenders for why:

• A solar and lunar eclipse within a short time-frame. Possibly in conjunction with changes with the Sun, or within our planet, that could lead to a geomagnetic reversal. In which case things will only get worse. Proof could come in the 6 weeks surrounding June 15 2011 – the period has three eclipses.
• HAARP. This US Govt. project gets blamed for many strange occurrences. I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia has a HAARP of their own. Perhaps they have timed these events to match eclipses to fool us?
• Business as usual. These types of events do happen from time to time, and it could just be a coincidence. Or, once three have been reported, so are others that we ordinarily wouldn’t have heard about. I doubt anyone keeps a track of all these types of events, long-term.

Oliver L. Reiser is not very well known, but he did some work with Einstein, and I suspect he was the first person to suggest that evolution could be driven by massive influxes of cosmic rays. Read the following carefully, for it suggests to me that HAARP could be used to zap the planet, causing great harm to most of us, but for the greater good of evolving us into higher beings:

In 1936, Dr. Reiser, introduced and promoted the concept of “radio-eugenics” in the scientific Journal of Heredity. This entails applications of radiation for evolution. In 1945 Dr. Reiser was impressed by think tank founder Julius Stulman’s article called “Applied Energy to Social Relations.” In the 1965 publication of “Cosmic Humanism” that is highly praised by Stulman’s Institute for Integrative Education, the concept of radio-eugenics is promoted in synthesis with the concept of nondual harmonic resonance. Dr. Reiser states that we learned from Hiroshima and Nagasaki that not only does radiation cause massive destruction but that even those who survive “the baptism by fire” have children with severe birth defects. He then states that unfortunately that is how evolution works and that hopefully with the proper applied harmonic resonance of radiation then a new human society and a new “World Sensorium” will be achieved. The “World Sensorium” of Dr. Reiser is based on utilizing the radiation of the ionosphere, amplifying it with high technology, and applying it globally to cause mutations. The effect is to achieve not only a higher dimensional reality but to harness the zero-point energy.

According to a Russian government report cited in Wikipedia, with HAARP “the U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves … The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons. This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.”

Just under one hour long, this video is a very interesting look at admitted and disputed capabilities of HAARP. Those against the project suggest that the potential effects of the experiments performed there are unknown, and consequently they are risking the health of our planet.

Opponents claim that HAARP could be used for:

- knocking out enemy satellites
- knocking out missiles
- altering our ionosphere and magnetosphere
- causing earthquakes or volcanic eruptions, anywhere on Earth
- sending bolts of mega-lightning
- altering the moods of humans using ultra-low frequencies

So in 2012, HAARP could potentially be a saviour (zapping an asteroid), a cause of doom (by messing with components of our atmosphere without knowing what might happen), or the ultimate weapon, starting or finishing a new world war.

Whenever something odd occurs, like the light pillars from Latvia in my previous post, keep in the back of your mind that HAARP might be behind it.

HAARP is basically the USA’s project for messing with the world’s ionosphere, without the world’s permission… but perhaps it is a secret plan to protect all of us from a 2012 event?

HAARP can also “induce precipitation of energetic particles” in the ionosphere, which “could impact the operation and lifespan of satellites.” While this is mainly about protecting satellites from particles from solar flares or nuclear explosions, the phrasing suggests that it might be able to have a subtle negative impact on satellites as well.

The quote is from a recent WIRED article, discussing the release of an official paper that details the potential uses of HAARP.

Surely, if they can protect satellites from solar flares, they can protect us on the ground as well, to some extent?
