SWAT Team Storms Private Bunker

May 10, 2012 – 1:39 pm | 3 Comments

The anti-survivalist actions of some authorities in the USA are getting much worse. In recent times we have seen the malicious use of zoning laws to thwart survival plans, and we have seen many of things survivalists do listed as suspicious (in a terrorism way). This most recent news is of special concern for anyone who has a private bunker:
After getting dressed Mr. Del Rio went and opened his front door. He was immediately bum rushed by the Austin Police Department’s SWAT Team and then detained and interrogated for over 10 hours.
His crime: on his property was an old Cold War bunker that Mr. Del Rio had converted into a workshop.
You’d think the interrogation would have been enough punishment, but unfortunately the authorities:

fenced off his home and prohibited him from entering the residence
filled in his entire basement and bunker with 264 tons of concrete
sent him a bill for $90,000 in …

Great Pyramid Air Shaft: New Robot Exploration in 2010

Submitted by Robert Bast on August 16, 2010 – 1:32 pm7 Comments

Dr. Zahi Hawass is not known for his speed. Even when extraordinary finds are potentially right there to discover, it can take decades, if at all, to get to the truth.

The first robot to explore one of the “air shafts” of the Queen’s Chamber was back in 1992, and it discovered a mysterious door. After a decade of waiting, a second mission was undertaken in 2002, and this time the robot had a drill. The new, surprising discovery was that just 20 centimetres beyond the first door was a second door.

Now a team from Leeds University will have a robot up there before the end of 2010. The goal is to keep drilling and looking until they get to the end of the both shafts (the other shaft in the Queen’s Chamber also has a door near the end).

When they make a TV special of the exploration, don’t think for a moment that we will really be alongside Hawass seeing beyond the second door for the first time. There’s every possibility that they will not share their discovery, depending on what, if anything, is found. More at The Independent.

    About Time!
The builders carved these two shafts as they were building the pyramid for a reason … you have 1 shaft that goes straight up at a steep angle until it hits a stone door … BTW, these stone doors had to be dropped from somewhere inside of the pyramid … you go past this and have a small space, then another stone door. The other shaft goes up, then makes a left turn and another door is found somewhere after that … it has never been shown on TV past the turn. The thing to keep in mind here is that both shafts are only 8 x 8 inches high and wide! So much for the pyramids being empty inside!

Having bends within these shafts or curvervatures leads one into a realm that these tunnels or shafys will go on on hopefully they will hold clues or paintings or carvings to give the people a better picture of what the Giza plataue represents (a certain form)

  • Amy Evans says:

Both very true … these 8×8 shafts were carefully cut as it was being built, and as you both agreed, the doors were dropped into place from inside … meaning there are more passages & spaces inside. And you are also right, the video from the second shaft showing the turn that was partially blocked by the pipe has never been shown … in the original show, the robot showed right up to the turn, but they were afraid to risk it on trying to climb over the pipe to make the turn. Makes you wonder … what were they for? … some kind of messege slot? … a passage to roll down a weapon? … a slide for sending down food? … and remember … these slides were also smothed out on all 4 sides, not left rough. And in the long slide, something had happened to cause the floor of the slide to crack and drop .. what, a half inch or so? … drop into what? … that also indicates a void of some sort to allow it to drop. And why were they never finished with a nice opening? … there was left in place about a quarter of an inch or so between the bottom of both slides and the chamber.
One thing that has never been mentioned is … do the other 2 Pyrimids also have the same design inside … do they also have identical slides?

  • Ari Ben Gordon says:

Exactly Mr. Hawass does not advertize publicly the last pyramid on the left or the inner design chamber !? I think very seriously that the inner design entrance leading inward has much signifigance in signifying the origin or the reason for the total creations on the Giza Plataue . I would very much like to see this lay out !?

Ever wonder whats going to happen when 2012 comes? I think that the pyramids have something to do with this date. There are to many pyramids in Mexico and Egypt for just looks.

  • baz says:

if the doors were designed to move up an down to block the shaft to regulate a flow, that should mean there is a chamber above the doors to operate them? what they should do is drill at an angle across the top of the door, then push a lighted camera up into that space. question; is the entrance used to get inside the pyramyd now, the front or back door?
