I see that you are thinking that Ben Radford is weak for dismissing 2012 . I think people like yourself really need to wake up. More like, people that are supporting a doomsday, Thats not going to happen as you portray it, are pretty sick, and 99% of us don't condone your idiotic thoughts on such a pathetic hoax. You may not be a terrible person. But many people thinking like you do, here in America, brain wash people and molest little kids. Prophecies are not science and yes, most have been proven either bunk, or coincedence. I think if you are a good person you should pull your ridiculous websites off the net. Innocent people come across this rubbish and fall for the trap, I mean are you kidding? some of the crap thats on there is so pathetic it stinks! Nibiru?" Poleshift? every possible doom and gloom event and how it coul,should and will happen. Are you in a cult? I hate cults. I take pleasure in running doomsdayers out of town. A cult is a bunch of religious believers separated from mainstream society by the extreme nature of their beliefs. And 2012 is a year. We can actually prove that 2012 exists.

The problem with your comment is that it seems you think everyone else is so stupid that they believe everything heard or read.
People are not that dumb, stop treating them like they are. They do not need you to take care of them. You're not that much smarter than they are, you just think you are.
Let ideas proliferate, people generally know which ones to pay attention to and which to ignore.
Some of the threats are real of course, such as pole shift. If you'd bother to read Charles Hapgood's book, you'd notice the forward was written by Einstein. Your site is informative and interesting. What I like the most is that you're up to date with scientific findings but do not close the door to other sources as well. I like being informed about all facts and interpretations, and it's up to me to make the best of my judgment about them.
Want to talk about brainwashing? How about mass media, tv channels broadcasting repeatedly the same information, until it is accepted as truth and nobody questions it any longer? How about total alienation of youth through pop trivia and celeb gossiping? Someone must be gaining a lot out of people's ignorance and disconnection to our true sources of knowledge, which are nature, instinct, feelings, intuition and communion.
If this person is a law-enforcement officer, who he seems to be, he should be impeached by abuse of power. Btw, let me know which town he is from, so I'll make sure I'll never stop by there, not even by mistake.

Has he watched the Discovery Channel or the History Channel or the Weather Channel lately? Their shows are all about 2012 and the thousands of ways earth could perish in the near future. I wonder if anyone has informed the presidents of these channels that all of their viewers are child molesters?
