Many universes - All formed inside black holes
Just an idea I had after a few bored beers last Saturday at the Elephant & Wheelbarrow, whilst reading about Einstein and black holes...
According to Wikipedia:
- if every universe can spawn black holes, the number of universes is infinite
- because our universe was created via a big bang, we are inside a black hole
- new objects being sucked into the black hole are the cause of expansion of our universe
I totally expect this to have been thought of, and much debated, already, but after a bottle of Shiraz and 5 minutes of Googleing I am unable to find this anywhere...
OK, I searched for 2 minutes more, and found this:

You are right. Same thing was revealed to me 30 years ago under similar circumstances. Appears to be vadic
my god ur rite mate. im on the same vibe but with a bottle of blossom hill and every thing in your theory is completeley compatable with wot we know throygh physics and astronomy. Here's some more food for tought: the area of Quantum Physics explores the fact that within nucleus there are many particles appearing and dissapearing out of existance. Consequently this forms matter...
The thesis of a such a research project sounds very interesting already. hmm black holes.

From what i have learned, nothing can destroy matter or energy. Its gotta go somewhere and end up as something. my thoughts (and thats all they are) were that since a black hole was a collapsed star that drew everything in with its tremendous density, it creats a new star in another dimension which is fed by whatever the black hole draws in. i figured that would explain tremendous solar flares and unexplaind solar occurences. something big getting sucked in....

the small and large scale creation in a black hole is indeed correct.
but the laws are simple and at the same time complex. much can be found on www.unite-us.com (articles)

So many rules and laws, this must equal that so on and so on... of course in science u have variables and constants, but nobody ever consideres themselves as a variable. THE MIND IS WHAT CREATES THE BLACK WHOLE .... and the universe for that matter.
The singularity at the center of a black-hole is a mystery no longer. Einstein spent his last days trying to develop a theory of everything; it escaped him. Quantum Mechanics and the Theory of Relativity, the theories that explain nature at its very smallest and its very largest, respectively, were incompatible but required to be so at physical extremes such as singularities.
It was a foregone conclusion in Science that the smallest matter was made up of point particles; bad assumption and this was the root of the failure of the mathematics to explain the universe. Then came "Strings" that replaced point particles, but these elemental particles turned out to be a specific view of the "real" fundamental particle of matter,; the Membrane.
M-Theory (Membrane Theory)successfully predicts what happens at the singularity and beyond it including the one that existed at the beginning of time. The whole universe (ours, as there are an infinite number of parallel ones, probably)is connected to a single membrane so thin, it's unimgainable (and also in another dimesion as space has 10 pyhiscal ones and one time dimension).
M-Theory also explains the graviton, or the fundamental particle of gravity that seemed so out of place with other theories. Lot's of weird things will begin to emerge of the next several hundred years as engineers use this theory to develop new systems.\ Enjoy.

If you had any sort of spirituality whatsoever you would believe this theory because it's absolutely true and I didn't read it out of a book. The truth is inside YOU because you ARE the universe. Everything here is so close. We need to stop trying so hard to make sence and just open to receive and know. Black hole is no more than a door to a different view of time. Now I know most will think I am just ranting about nonsence or mocking a general thought, but that is not my intention. Everything everywere at everytime is existing within each of us here and now. Past present, future, here and there and all within us now. Stop looking for an end and know the true begining. Every one and thing is the same at the same time and this knowledge will be almost impossible to grasp for most, but once you open to receive you will truly be free. So no need to look for whats going to happen next or in the past because it is all happenning right now. Start to know the true now.

I was surprised to learn that scientist only discovered/proved the existence of Black Holes in the 70s....and while scientist know that they are there, no pictures have ever been taken, and no one has ever seen a black hole even with the most powerful telescopes...I guess since photos are based upon light and Black Holes are so dense that no visible light escapes...makes sense we can’t see them…proof they even exist comes only from observing the effects of their massive gravity on near by planets. Spiritually, I wouldn't be surprised if Black Holes hold answers to our very existence...I've heard it said that we were spiritual beings on a physical journey. Do our spirits contain physical matter? As I understand it, Black Holes deal only with matter...The "Big Brain" Stephen Hawking (sp), initially believed that information/matter is erased in a Black Holes but recently he has changed his theory to say that matter is not erased but changed and possibly take to an alternate reality/time/universe. Personally, I believe in the science of the "Big Bang" and I believe in "God"...I believe that the infinite complexity of the universe, science, and Black Holes is the greatest proof of "God" so many traditional religions try to relate to "God" on a physical level and he aint there...
